Ms. Szymanski serves as the Vice President of Practices at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc. She has progressive experience in leadership roles within diverse industries. Her experience includes the Six Sigma approach to process improvement and directing the development and execution of business analysis, training, and quality review.
Ms. Szymanski’s focus within E2G is ensuring the quality of the Equity Engineering Practices documentation and the Website delivery for our clients. She is also responsible for keeping E2G’s Practices community users aware of changes and updates throughout the year as they pertain to Codes, Standards, and Best Engineering Practices within the industry.
