Overview:

Mr. Baker is a senior engineer with the Mechanical Integrity Team at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc.  Prior to E2G, Mr. Baker worked as a maintenance engineer, during which time he oversaw predictive and preventive maintenance; implemented oil cleanliness standards; oversaw an R-stamp program, ensuring that vessel and boiler repairs were performed in accordance with NBIC; became a site expert on a CMMS; and obtained his dye penetrant certification.  He has also worked as a fixed equipment reliability engineer, where he developed turnaround scope, which involved planning and executing capital projects; oversaw multi-million-dollar capital project; lead a cross-functional team to develop the site’s predictive maintenance programs and improve reliability; and performed root-cause analysis and investigations resolving failures and implementing mitigation strategies.

Mr. Baker also supports the Engineering Practices material handling, inspection, and Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) practices.  Mr. Baker has been maintaining client piping specifications and making changes to satisfy client customizations.
