Mr. MacArthur has been involved with fabrication/repair and inspection in the refining and chemical process industries since 1990.  His 29-year career has been split between Welding and Inspection.  The fabrication and repair experience provide a good foundation for the design and weldability of pressure equipment.  The inspection history supports a practical approach to applying the correct inspection method/technique to locate and evaluate corrosion if damage exists.

Prior to joining E2G in 2018, Mr. MacArthur served as the Fixed Equipment Inspection Leader in an Operations Excellence group supporting five Fertilizer Plants and a Power Generation Plant.  In this role, Mr. MacArthur led system-wide mechanical integrity improvement efforts, trained numerous inspectors, mentored young engineers, and helped improve a wide array of fabrication and inspection problems.

Mr. MacArthur has been actively learning and applying best practices from industry consensus standards organizations such as American Welding Society, the American Petroleum Institute, National Board Inspection Code, and NACE International for over 31 years.
