As the Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Cosper is responsible for the development and execution of corporate communication between strategic accounts throughout the petrochemical and petroleum processing industry.

Mr. Cosper brings 23 years of business development, asset integrity strategies, and relationship management to his position.  He guides and leads the sales activities to deliver elite engineering technology and client service for the upstream, midstream, and downstream industries.

Prior to arriving at E2G, Mr. Cosper worked as a Business Development Manager for Benjamin Moore Paints where he managed and directed over $8 million in annual revenue.  By creating and executing annual marketing and sales plans, Mr. Cosper effectively implemented company strategy while delivering profit.

As the product captain for the market introduction of new products, Mr. Cosper was responsible for research and development, cost analysis, market trend analysis, marketing and sales plans, and facilitating detailed training programs. 

While participating on the regional leadership committee, Mr. Cosper worked as the lead on the Competitive Displacement Team.  There, he was in charge of surveying competitive products and reporting opportunities to senior management for increased market share, incremental sales, and cost reduction.

Mr. Cosper also acts in the mentoring of new personnel for professional and personal development.
