Overview:

Ms. Gustoff is a Group Head within the Mechanical & Structural Engineering Team at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc.  Ms. Gustoff conducts fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations in accordance with API 579-1/ASME FFS-1 to extend equipment life as well as analysis of fixed equipment to evaluate mechanical integrity and improve availability.  Ms. Gustoff performs Level 3 assessments using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation methods.  She specializes in fatigue and brittle fracture analysis with research in the development of criteria for crack propagation in complex stress fields.

Since joining E2G, Ms. Gustoff has performed advanced FFS assessments including pressure vessel fatigue life evaluations, assessment of undocumented equipment, and critical flaw sizing assessments.  Her responsibilities included providing engineering technical support with inspection tasks, failure root cause analyses, FFS evaluations, and general maintenance activities.  Overall, she uses advanced engineering principles and technologies to provide solutions in accordance with industry standards.
